Step 1: Notice of intended Marriage (Section 5) of the Special Marriage, says that a written notice must be sent to Marriage Registrar, drafted by your lawyer showing the intention of parties marrying.


Step 2: Deciding place of Marriage - Your Court Marriage are often solemnized at the office of the wedding officer of the district where either one in every of you've got to stay for a minimum of 30 days notice. Step 6: Date of Marriage - just in case of no objections or if objections were removed after 30 days of Notice publication, supported by a mutually convenient time, you and your partner together with the identical three witnesses will appear before the wedding officer to sign a declaration and obtain the wedding solemnization.
