Date Of Birth Proof - Birth Certificate or Class 10th Marksheet


Proof Of Address - Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Address Proof


Identity Proof - Voter Card or Driving License


Marriage Of Partners Under Different Acts-


Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
